ADSL CPE - Bridge/Router/IAD/Gateway Chip Set

GlobeSpan's Argon (TM) III Plus is a two chip solution for an ADSL Bridge/Router with expansion capability
to implement a VoIP or VoDSL IAD, or wireless Router/Gateway. The solution supports all annexes of ADSL.
The chip set consists of 2 chips, a Communications Processor with embedded xDSL DSP (PHY) and an external analog front end (AFE). The Communication Processor/PHY includes interfaces to SDRAM, Flash Memory, 10/100Mbit Ethernet (via an embedded MAC/PHY), USB 1.1 and PCMCIA.
