µPD98404(NEASCOT-P30)
The µPD98404(NEASCOT-P30) is used for ATM-LAN communication boards, switches and routers, etc., implementing transmit/receive using 155 Mbps SONET/SDH frames. No external clock recovery module is required. The use of 3.3 V supply voltage achieves low power consumption (TYP.600 mW). The part supports latest UTOPIA level 2 for interface. Compared to the muPD98402 the error counter was expanded from 12 to 20 bits.
