SBus Segmentation and Reassembly Device
Performing at 155Mbps full duplex, the 1560 is a segmentation and reassembly device with an SBus Interface (The 1560 can support data rates from 25Mbps to 155Mbps). The 1560 supports AAL5 and AAL 0 completely with limited AAL3/4 support. It also supports 1023 unique receive VCs. It is ATM forum compliant to UTOPIA level 1 spec. Applications for the 1560 include Network Interface Cards.
